A Drink to Your Good Health!

Mango LassisFestive drinks need not be restricted to the holiday season. These three, easy-to-make beverages can turn any meal into a festive occasion!

Mango Lassis

Ingredients:

  • 11.3-ounce can mango nectar
  • 11 ounces fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve. Makes approximately 2 – 12.5 fluid ounce servings.

Lime Spritzer

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lime juice (5 small limes)
  • 1 1/2 cups club soda
  • 3 Tbsp sugar

Instructions:

Stir all ingredients together and serve. Makes approximately 2 – 8 fluid ounce servings.

Cinnamon Spiced Cider

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces unsweetened apple cider
  • 2 tsp cinnamon extract
  • 2 orange slices
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions:

Heat unsweetened apple cider to desired temperature. Stir in cinnamon extract. Divide into two glasses and add an orange slice and cinnamon stick to each glass. Makes approximately 2 – 8 fluid ounce servings.
