This past July we asked VN DPG members to send us their best cooking demonstration recipes. Entries poured in from across the country for everything from sweet Gluten Free Key Lime Pie to spicy Smokin Ground Tempeh. After much cooking and deliberation a team of dietetic students under the direction of a VN DPG member selected three winners.
